another poemI look out at the world from behind a glass pane Sometimes I'm at peace but it never remains Always it's evident I'm truly insaneanother poem
what seems right at the moment is wrong in the next I'm always in trouble and I'm always perplexed when trying to please I seem only to vex
I don't mean to be bad but I cannot resist running and chasing the ghosts in the mist
please catch me and hold me so I can't get away and be victim again to the tricks that they play


dumb poemI don't know why I don't feel right so completely different from the other nightdumb poem
trying so hard just to behave I guess I'm just stuck as insanity's slave
a wounded animal it's teeth are bared confused and blinded and it's judgment impaired
warped and twisted passed repair every instinct puts me back in my lair
one minute I'm smart, the next I am dumb either writhing in pain or totally numb


the flowerI could only smilethe flower
as you walked over
(in that quirky-jaunty way you do) and handed me a flower.
I put it behind my ear (because it was your idea that I should do the hot islander thing)
but after a while
I finally looked at the flower. Golden, but dried on the edges. (Im)perfect.
And (on the inside) Was a spider.
